Return Policy

We will accept any unopened or defective/damaged return within 30 days of delivery, please contact us to set up the return. If the item we sent to you is defective/damaged we will send you a shipping label for the return. We will issue a full refund to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase as soon as the item is delivered back to us. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or just changed your mind about the purchase, and if the product is still unopened, we will refund the purchase price for the returned item only, not the shipping fee. You will need to arrange to ship the item back to us within the 30 day return window. A refund will be issued (minus shipping fee) when the item has been delivered back to us.

Shipping

US Orders:

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times = 2-9 days. You will receive email notification with tracking info once your order is scanned at the Post Office.

International Orders:

Orders are shipped via USPS – You will receive email notification with tracking info when your order is processed. Shipping and handling are automatically selected at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE INCLUDED in the shipping charges.
